The “Trees” series forms part of my “Altered Landscapes” body
of work.
The close cropping, colour saturation and extreme aspect ratios force a subtle but sub-conscious shift in the viewer’s perception of familiar environment.
“Trees” was produced by photographing a larger sweep of vision than would be possible in a single glance, and digitally stitching the individual images to form a single image.
The work is capable of output at up to 5 metres long.
